Danish Dietary Habits – Facts, Paradoxes, and Ways to Change Consumer Behaviour

In the webinar, we will give participants an insight into the latest study of Danes' dietary habits. The study's conclusions will be reviewed and compared with various dietary advice and recommendations, not least consumers' own perception of success in following the recommendations. Despite massive campaigns in recent years, the development is still going in the wrong direction. What can be done to achieve a better effect from the many campaigns from both authorities and other stakeholders, including the food industry? Animal welfare, climate, environmental impact, resource consumption, food waste, and not least price and quality are some of the keywords that can/should be used in communication (stick or carrot) to improve the dietary habits of Danish consumers. This webinar will be on Danish.
