Conditions for membership
When you join the company, your data is registered in our membership system CampOnline according to the following guidelines:
Processing of personal data and purpose
The personal data you submit will be processed by the DMS secretariat. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and only authorised and relevant employees have access to your personal data.
When you join DMS, your name, title and workplace will be forwarded to the board for approval/orientation.
If you have ticked the box when signing up to receive our newsletter, your name and email address will be registered in a password-protected database at Mailchimp. You will be able to unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.
Information requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is correct and complete. As we generally communicate via email, we recommend that you provide the email address you wish to be contacted at.
Should any of your data/information change, we encourage you to let us know, as we do not receive transfer notifications etc. from anywhere else.
Storage of personal data
Your personal data will be stored in our membership system CampOnline and in our case management system WorkPoint, which is an integral part of CampOnline, as long as you have an active subscription with one of the associations in the joint secretariat ”Mælkeritidende”. Upon termination of membership/unsubscription in all associations/companies at Munkehatten 28, your data will be deleted after 5 years, cf. the provisions of the Accounting Act. For both CampOnline and WorkPoint, a statutory data processing agreement has been entered into.
Consent form
By joining as a member, you accept the necessary processing of personal data, including that your name, title and workplace will be included on a list of participants when you are registered for a seminar or other event in the company.
Your rights
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.
Right to see information (right of access)
You have the right to access the data we process about you as well as a number of additional information.Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. You also have the right to have your data supplemented with additional information if this will make your personal data more complete and/or up-to-date.Right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before the time of our general general erasure occurs.Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.Right to object
You have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. However, this only applies if our processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.Right to transmit data (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one controller to another without hindrance.
