This seminar is based on one of the most overarching topics in the dairy industry: cleaning and CIP, with a focus on one of today’s most important questions: How can high hygiene and sustainability be combined?

In addition to the classic lectures, this time we will introduce a new concept - a workshop where participants will have the opportunity to discuss two key questions:

1. Where have you typically seen hygiene challenges with the CIP system and during CIP cleaning of your equipment in the production plant?
2. How do you normally resolve these challenges in order to regain smooth production with high food safety?

The workshop concludes with a wrap-up and knowledge sharing based on input from the participants’ group discussions. We will likely discuss plant design and CIP cleaning in relation to the Sinner’s Circle (temperature, time, mechanical action, and chemicals).
