This seminar is based on one of the most overarching topics in the dairy industry: cleaning and CIP, with a focus on one of today’s most important questions: How can high hygiene and sustainability be combined?
In addition to the classic lectures, this time we will introduce a new concept - a workshop where participants will have the opportunity to discuss two key questions:
The workshop concludes with a wrap-up and knowledge sharing based on input from the participants’ group discussions. We will likely discuss plant design and CIP cleaning in relation to the Sinner’s Circle (temperature, time, mechanical action, and chemicals).
We encourage everyone who is interested, regardless of their personal experience, to participate in this workshop — and ‘you join at the risk of becoming wiser,’ to quote Niels Osterland, President of the Society.
In addition to the workshop, there will be presentations linked to the aforementioned Sinner’s Circle. Short descriptions will be published on the website as they are confirmed.
