Dairy Industry Day is the day that brings the industry together to connect the many players in the dairy industry, to strengthen the industry's unique unity and to provide participants with new knowledge in the field. 

This time we focus on some of today's topics for the dairy industry and try to shed light on them from different angles - from the research world, from the supplier side and finally from a dairy perspective.  

There will also be the opportunity to meet the industry's core suppliers for an informal dialogue about their latest products and initiatives, and not least there will be a great cheese table sponsored by a large number of dairies. At the end of the day, we will gather for joint presentations on highly topical issues.   

The Danish Dairy Association, the Dairy Industry Research Foundation and the Danish Dairy Technology Society are behind the event - in close collaboration with the Danish Dairy Engineers Association and the Association of Dairy Managers and Employees.
