For many years, Danish dairies and ice cream factories have been known for producing a variety of desserts and sweet dairy products, including ice cream, cheeses, rice desserts and cocoa/coffee drinks, among others. In addition, there is a wide range of products that straddle the line between dairy and dessert. These are typically fermented products with added flavour, fruit, sugar, etc. In this seminar, we'll dive into some of the popular products that often end a good meal or are a mid-day snack. During the seminar, we'll hear from a range of industry experts who know all about these delicious products. Both industry suppliers and industry professionals will take to the podium to share their expertise in the field.
