The focus on this conference is to boost the interaction between the food producers and the suppliers within the food industries of dairy, meat, brewery, confectionary, fish as well as bread etc. on topics as sustainable, healthy food, plant-based food, green transition when it comes to reducing, reusing and recycling, digitalization and automation etc.
This conference is held in Denmark, but built for the food producers in Scandinavia, thus English speaking also global food producers are welcome. It centers on the meeting of food producers with the suppliers within the industries of dairy, meat, brewery, confectionary, fish as well as bread.
